There is a specific subreddit called PDX Stolen Cars and Stolen Cars PDX on Instagram for posting your stolen vehicle, along with a list of places around town where you might find your car. Please exercise caution when visiting these areas!

There is also a large Facebook group PDX Stolen Cars if you are looking for your former car, or want to help out.

Also, both our police and city government have problematic issues, maybe we'll have meaninguful change here someday, but not right now.
